PS-Biotec offers a series of 10 pullulan standards with narrow polydispersity to support high-precision calibration across an extensive range, delivering consistent reproducibility for researchers. Pullulan is a non-ionic, highly water-soluble linear glucan composed of trisaccharide repeating units connected by two α-1,4 bonds and a single α-1,6 bond.

Column Temperature: 40 ˚C. Injected volume: 100 μL.
Mobile phase: 0.2 M KNO3 aq. Flow rate: 0.7 mL/min. MALS: DAWN HELEOS-Ⅱ (λ0 = 663 nm, Wyatt Technology), The instrument constant of MALS was determined using toluene as the standard material.
RI: RI-101 (Shodex).
